Spill The Tea Cafe (STTC) is more than just a clinic, it's a safe space for adolescents who are navigating the stress of, well, adolescence. We understand that being a teenager can be tough, with unique social, emotional, and developmental struggles that can take a toll on mental well-being. Our focus is to provide comprehensive and evidence-based treatment and support that is accessible, compassionate, and personalized to each individual teenager who walks through our doors.
At STTC, we offer a range of services, including individual and group therapy, mentorship, care coordination, and psychoeducation, to address the specific needs and preferences of each teen. We also extend our support to families and caregivers, providing community resources and referrals to help them navigate the challenges of mental health, and achieve lasting recovery and resilience for their youth.
